Servio Partner — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SERVIO SERVICES LLC Skopje ("Servio", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in the Servio Partner mobile application (the "App"). The App is used by our cleaning partners to receive and manage the bookings assigned to them.

Information We Collect

The App collects only the information needed to operate the partner service:

Email address

Used to authenticate you and let you sign in to your partner account.

Push notification / device token (FCM / APNs)

Used to send you booking notifications and job completion reminders on your device.

Booking and job data

Details of the bookings assigned to you (such as service, date, time, and address) are displayed to you in the App. This data is owned by Servio and is provided to you so you can carry out the job.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above only to provide the App and its features:

Authenticate you and keep your partner account secure
Send booking notifications and job completion reminders
Show you the bookings and job details assigned to you

No Selling, No Tracking, No Advertising

Your data is used only to operate the App. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party tracking or advertising.

Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your partner account and associated personal data at any time. Send a deletion request from your registered email address to info@servio.mk with the subject "Account deletion" and we will delete your account and personal data, except where we are required to retain certain records to comply with legal obligations.

Data Retention

We keep your personal information only for as long as your partner account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with our legal obligations. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data as described above.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
