All changes will be published on the website and will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the site after the publication of changes is considered acceptance of the new terms.

The services offered on the website are intended for users who provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when ordering or making reservations. The user is fully responsible for the accuracy of the entered data.

SERVIO SERVICES LLC Skopje is not liable for any damage or consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or incorrectly entered data by the user.

Booking Cancellation

Cancellation of a Reservation by the Client

If the client cancels the reservation no later than 12:00 PM (noon) on the previous day, he/she will be able to make a new reservation. If the cancellation is made after this deadline, the advance payment will not be refunded and will be retained by the platform.

Cancellation of a Reservation by the Partner

If the partner cancels the reservation for justified reasons, the client will be able to make a new reservation within 14 days.

Price Change

The price of the requested service may be changed if the current condition of the apartment (space) does not match the service you have selected.

Example:

  • size of the space in m²
  • degree of dirtiness
  • an additional requested service that differs from the originally selected one.
